Where do you deliver?

We are based in the Manawatu and offer contactless delivery to Palmerston North & Feilding.

When will I receive my order?

We are currently offering deliveries on THURSDAY & SATURDAY.

When do I need to place my order? 

Thursday delivery – Cut off time Tuesday 10 PM

Saturday delivery – Cut off time Thursday 10 PM

If you have a specific day you prefer please comment your preference in the comments box at check out.

What if I don’t like one of the items that are in this weeks box?

Unfortunately we are not offering custom boxes at this time.

What if I am not home to receive my order? 

As we are only operating contactless delivery we will arrive and leave your box at your door or or a safe place.

How do I pay for my box?

Payments will be processed through the cart at check out. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by a secure independent payment gateway authorised by our bank.

I don’t have a credit card can I still buy from you ?

Yes of course, you may need to call or e-mail us to make arrangements to pay via internet banking. Our online cart can process internet banking payments without a credit card if you bank with Westpac, ASB, Co-operative bank or Heartland bank.

I'm not happy with the quality of my delivery - what should I do?

Due to the perishable nature of produce, if you are unhappy with any of our products please notify us within 1 day of delivery, so we can come to the best resolution for you. If the issue cannot be resolved and we can't deliver a replacement item we will credit or refund the payment for the unsatisfactory item(s).
